Proposed ticket policies
- Advance sales: Online ticket sales close Thursday, October 29 at 11:59 PM, unless sold out sooner.
- At the door: Advance purchase is recommended. Door admission is available only if capacity allows; the organizer must confirm pricing and payment options.
- Refunds: Tickets are nonrefundable unless the event is canceled.
- Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another guest age 21 or older. Email the organizers before the event to update the guest name.
These are suggested policies, not current purchase terms. Approve them and align the Zeffy listing before public release.
All buttons open the official Zeffy page. Select your package and quantity there; availability and the final total appear at checkout. Additional drinks are available at the bar.

Doors and end time are confirmed. All other times and the costume spotlight are proposed.
Proposed food & drinks
Food ideas: Mini sliders, warm pretzel bites, seasonal appetizers, and a sweet treat to finish.
Drink ideas: Beer, wine, and a themed cocktail, plus a festive nonalcoholic option.
Suggested drink ticket wording: Each ticket covers one eligible beer, wine, or featured cocktail. Ask the bar team which drinks are included. Premium selections may cost extra.
Suggested dietary guidance: Contact the organizers at least seven days before the event about allergies or dietary needs. Availability depends on the final menu.
Menu, nonalcoholic options, drink eligibility, and dietary arrangements all need confirmation.

Entrance: Use the restaurant’s main entrance on South Main Street and follow event signs to the Crest Room.
Parking: Use designated restaurant guest parking where available. Allow extra time for downtown traffic and check posted parking rules.
Check in: Have your ticket confirmation and photo ID ready for the welcome team. Collect any included drink tickets at check in.
Accessibility: Contact the organizers before the event for the accessible entrance and route to the Crest Room.

- Head to the Restaurant. Doors open at 7 PM. Ask restaurant staff for directions to the Crest Room if you’re unfamiliar with the building.

Who can attend?
Adults ages 21 and up are welcome. You don’t need Jaycees membership, an invitation from a member, or a group to attend. Come on your own, with friends, or with a date.
Do I have to wear a costume?
No costume is needed to enjoy the evening. The organizers welcome glamorous, gothic, mysterious, spooky, or simply dressed up looks. Choose something comfortable for dancing and socializing.
Is food included?
Yes. Every package includes heavy hors d’oeuvres, meaning substantial appetizer style food. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, ask the organizers before purchasing.
